Hi, I'm have trouble getting my prolite valve off. I took out the little metal plate, and disconnected the hose. It moves about 3 cm then it seems to get stuck right when the grove for the metal plate is out of view. I'm thinking that it is getting caught on that some how? Also the velocity adjuster won't thread back in right, it feels like its about to strip, any advice?
