The sl 68 is accurate. I have one and it works quite well with the stock barrel, but an aftermarket would only be better. Now, the one thing is, the one shot thing isn't as easy as it sounds. Paintballs aren't near as perfect as bullets, so the one shot thing is easier said then done because imperfections. ROF with pumps, that is a funny subject, but the SL68 does autotrigger, so you should be able to pound out some paint when needed. Either way, if you learn to play pump, I gurantee your normal game skills will be much better, mine are getting there.
