Try looking at used tanks...
Just ask for pics and specifics (date, condition, condition, condition, reg, any problems, why is it selling).
My brother got a nitro duck tuffskin for 100$, and it works great on his mag.

For about 100 - 150$, you should be able to get a pretty nice tank.
