Just minor changes, though, the newest ones can take a preset nitro tank. Yes you'd benifit from an aftermarket reg, but I'm not familer with them so I couldn't tell you which is best. Or if you have a Conquest, a Max Attack, or a Max-Flow nitro tank you can run a gas-thru grip, because there're the only tanks consistent enough to run gas-thru. Hope this helps.
