B2K3 with PDS not shooting

I just bought my B2K3 with PDS two weeks ago at the world cup. I played with it twice and now it leaks down the barrel and out of the solenoid. I tried cleaning it out but and it still leaks down the barrel most of the time. When I tune down my low pressure the bolt doesn't recock and when I turn up my HP reg it still doesn't recock. Anybody know how to fix this?
