No, you need more than that. B2k's weren't meant to run on Co2 and liquid Co2 will kill them. The anti siphon + a Palmer stabilizer will provide some insurance against liquid getting into your marker. The palmer female can be put on your drop forward with a mounting bracket and it will feed your HPR Co2 in a gaseous state.
