BKO HELP PLEASE!!

We have a BKO with a stock B2K reg, and Max-Flo tank. What would be the procedure for assembling these pieces and having them perform reasonably? We have tinkered and tinkered and cant get it to shoot reliably with any consistancy. We cant seem to get all the regs set at the proper PSI....I guess. Thanks.
