You probably have the LP reg turned up way too high and the HP reg turned too low.

Or, have you messed with the dip switches at all? What marker is this? You didn't say. Is it a B2k, B2k2, Defiant, BKO, .... ?

If you have changed the valve open time to make it higher, this would make your marker less efficient. If you did, put it back the way it was :)

Anyway, try setting the LP reg to 90 PSI and then adjusting the HP reg to get the right velocity.

Or, if you don't have a gauge to see what your LP reg is set to, try setting your HP reg to 250 PSI to start with, then set your LP reg to get the right velocity.
