: Can i use a preset hyperflow until I get some kind of adjustable tank

:: If you have a newer Bushy, the stock reg is supposed to be OK with a preset tank indefinitely. With my two older Bushies, the stock regs held up OK for me for 6 months before I converted to adjustable systems.

I would suggest that you consider just keeping your preset hyperflow and getting a good aftermarket reg instead. The performance should be just as good and it should cost you less money than upgrading to an adjustable air system. I have had good experience with the AA Vigilante (the economy upgrade that works very well with the LP spring in it) and the MacDev Gladiator (a great reg for a little more money). There are several other options (Centerflag Sidewinder, Palmer's Stabilizer. ANS Gen X, etc.) that would well also work.
Good luck,
