Filling Nitro Bottles

 I dont know if any one in the forums is familiar with a cascade system and its filling but it is is used to fill bottles used for breathing air when fighting fire it has a fill pressure of 4500 psi which would be perfect for Nitro tanks i was wondering is it possible to use the end of the tank instead of the quick connect to fill the bottle and if so what size are the threads that are used?
