Nitro us much better than co2. It will make you gun more consistant and shoot better in cold weather than co2, and in my opinion a bit quieter. The down side is that tha tanks depending on the one you get are considerably more expensive. If you want a steel tank it will cost 100 to 150. But a fibertank can cost up to 500. I think that it is a worth while trade. Nitro is also easier on your gun's internals. I have a cocker and i need nitro becuase my gun will not shoot to well wiht out it. I would save the money up and go for it. As far as shots. I have a 45cc 4500 psi nitro tank. It is very small and i get 700 shots out of the tank before i have to refill.
