The problem is a reg needs ~200psi difference between the pressure going in and the output (set) pressure. So, if the pressure going into the gun is 700psi, your reg should be set at 500psi or lower. However, with your gun (a stacked-tube blowback), you will need to modify it to run at <700psi.

Not sure what your input pressure is? Check my response to your post above ("Can you regulate CO2?") with the Warpigs links and you can figure it out based on temperature.
