: Yes, you can buy manufacturer direct from tank makers like Carleton and Luxfer. However, their minimum orders are usually high enough to make that impractical (unless you need 100 or more bottles.)

: You can also buy a new bottle from whoever manufactured your regulator and assembled your air system. Most of these companies will sell direct, and will make sure the reg is properly installed for you.
