Macroline are notorious leakers. The flexing of the hose in the fittings eventually start to leak.

Macroline if great for a marker you are tweaking and tuning, Easy off and on without having to remove the grip or reg. After you get the set up you want, go to the Stainless braided and then forget about it.

If you do a Macroline, leave it LONG. The only cure for a leak is to trim off 1/8" and re install. It keeps getting shorter and shorter. When it gets too short, you'll be ready for a stainless....
