No - 2 reasons. First, oxygen can be dangerous under pressure - when combined with oil in the paintgun and it can combust/explode just like in a diesel engine. Second, CO2 tanks are meant to be filled with liquid CO2 by weight and have a burst disc (safety) that explodes above ~1800psi. However, if you tried to fill it to that and put it straight into your gun without regulating it down to ~850psi, the pressure might blow something on your gun. On top of that, you wouldn't get very many shots.
