HPA on a Spyder Aggressor

This is probably a stupid question; I'm looking to get a Nitro tank for my spyder, and I'm wondering 2 things:

1: Do I need to add a regulator to my gun?
2: What kind of tank do I need to buy?

I see things like output pressure and whatnot on websites, does anyone know what these should be on a Spyder?
