4500psi with AUTOMAG = NO GOOD?

Can anyone shed some light on this? I heard from this guy that you shouldn't use any Nitro tanks with more than 3000psi. Otherwise you'll blow the cup seal?? I never heard that before and now I just finished winning an auction for a 4500 psi tank on Ebay!! Any info would be great...thanks!
