* OK numbers on the tank. On the shoulder of the tank will be the numbers. On this tank i'm sure that the numbers read like this:
DOT 3AA - 1800 then Testers ID then Serial #.
The tip off here is 1800. That is the service pressure. This should be a CO2 Tank. Remember CO2 is filled by ounces and HP air is filled by PSI.
A HP Air tank for paintball will usually be 3000 psi. or greater. You need a higher base pressure to fill a tank. You cannot fill a tank with equal pressure.
