Good move -- refine your gripe to make it easier to defend.
In reference to the "wannabes"..... there was a rash of tanks at one time that were literally 1 morning builds --- I personally watched, at Wayne's World Grand Finale 2001, a 6 wheeled Polaris utility vehicle transformed with net, Plexiglas, and PVC into what passed for an APC. In addition to not having a cannon or provisions for a cannon, they had minimal understanding of the rules governing tank operation. There have been other cases of vehicles that underwent no transformation, only additions that were intended to be temporary. I believe that cases like those are the inspiration for the quote you are holding to so tightly. If the pure aesthetics of Hellfire are the cause of your grief, I could post a list of other tanks that will surely multiply your pain at least five-fold. (out of common decency, I won't) Now on to some finer details. If you have spent a significant amount of time in armor v armor battle; you will recall that Hellfire has one of the few (and one of the first) well planned and built cannons on the field. Getting a second round in the air before he does is a great challenge. For a "ruse to get on the field" he has done the homework to stay on the field. As far as time is concerned, I'm sure there have been countless hours spent refining that golf cart into the formidable opponent it is today. And finally, if you have a grudge against a tank or tank operator, and want to settle it on the field (within the rules) with a RPG --- go for it! That's part of why we play. Come get some! And finally, finally, if you love a great debate, let's do it without putting a person in the middle of it. If the original post was just something to stir the pot with a person as the target, I shall just let you have the last word and know I'm right
