Anyone care to reverse engineer this design?

Interesting CO2 shotgun/aircannon. Would be great anti-tank weapon on fields that allow paint-shot anti-tank. Perhaps adaptable to some form of rapid-reload nerf as well. I originally posted elsewhere seeking info about the builder. However he responded personally and was unwilling to share the design out of fear of legal consequences. Leaves me no choice but to try to reverse engineer it. link below is a video of it firing, all that is known about it
