They should hurt. I had a friend who got tagged there and was down on the ground blue in the face for 10 minutes. Wear a cup (that's where the flippin idiot part comes in). I do, it has saved my family jewels once already. That's what cups are made for (so you can have kids after the game). By the way try putting some ice on them (muHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!)
