Field: Very good Terrain and theme fields are a plus.

Promoter: It should be someone that we have faith in or have been told by reliable sources, that will run a well organized event.

Reffing: If the cheating is going to be out of control, we will not attend.

Cost: We pretty much accept that an event that is far away will end up costing a good deal of money. If we don't want to spend as much we go local.
We will pay more for quality events, that's why they are called quality. We simply do not attend an event again if we feel they weren't worth what was charged (reg, paint, air, ect) and go to a different one next time. A free market will give the players what they want eventually. Hopefully that will translate into what we want :-)

: espically one you have to travel to more than 150 miles ---

: i know we in our family look for a promotor we know runs a top game ( one of the big 4)
: we also look at total costs -- if its out of florida one thing we look at is the other vacation options on this trip or is it only a paintball trip
:
: opinions ?? ideas?

: dave the coalition

: again i ask the question so the promotor knows what we as players look to know about his game and where it is
