Depends on your criteria. For me, I bought a Freak Starter Barrel with an insert that matched the paint I normally shoot. Works great and didn't hurt to much for $100. For cheaper, my first suggestion would be the J&J Ceramics. Tied for second would be a bore matched CP 1 piece, Lapco bigshot, Dye Excel, or Smart Parts Progressive. Hope it helps!
