I have both, and I have to tell you you, the J&J is the better of the 2 by FAR!!
1) half the price, spend the rest for paint and play more
2)it IS self-cleaning
3)the sound my J&J makes is cool, pretty quiet and sounds like some kind of 'StarWars blaster'
4)SP is a greedy company that needs to get out of paintball before they hurt the sport more than they already have

in the end, buy what you want.. noone else's opinion matters
