CO2 TANKS should have:
1.Clear milk carton-like Expration Dates on them and on the box they come in. So you know how many years you're paying for!
2. A price that goes down for every year it sets on the dealers shelf as a "NEW" TANK. Because who wants to buy a "NEW" TANK that you can not fill in ONE YEAR OR SIX MONTHES after you paid the same price as a just made tank that still has FIVE YEARS use left on it.
3. The dealer should tell you how OLD THE EXPRATION DATE IS, that there is one, and that it's for your safty.

TWO WAYS TO MAKE'EM CHANGE IT!
1. Get all your friends to preshure your local PB STORE to preshure the companies that make the CO2 TANKS TO CHANG THE DATE SYSTEM and prices.
2. Get all your friends to E-MAIL/WRITE the CO2 TANK companies to change the date system.
AFTER ALL the date is for us to keep us SAFE it should be easy for US TO READ so we can protect ourselvs.
AND KEEP AFTER THEM. MAIL/WRITE/HARASS THEM OFTEN!! If we all keep after them, they'll eventualy change it!!
You would not buy a NEW car, house, or bat that you could not use for a full five years would you?
